Process client cash, lockbox exceptions, credit card payments, and unapplied cash while preparing refunds, write-offs, and adjustments. Own daily and weekly reporting such as credit reports and unapplied cash summaries, and maintain workflow efficiency databases used for cash applications and refunds. Collaborate with clients by communicating professionally via phone and email, researching and resolving transaction discrepancies with accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
