Support venue merchandise sales at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre by inventorying, distributing, and displaying artist merchandise for guests. Provide an excellent guest purchase experience, fulfill orders accurately and quickly, and ring up transactions in Live Nation’s sales system. Create effective displays, assist with inventory count procedures, help during each event, and maintain a positive team environment throughout show day.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide an exceptional merchandise purchasing experience for guests and fans.
•Fulfill guest orders accurately and in a timely fashion, including correct items and sizes.
•Accurately ring up guest purchases in Live Nation’s sales system.
•Participate in inventory count-in and count-out procedures and help with reconciliation and return of merchandise.
•Create visually appealing merchandise displays and ensure items are priced correctly.
