Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a two-car hauler to deliver vehicles safely and efficiently.
  • •Load, transport, and unload vehicles at designated locations with timely and accurate deliveries.
  • •Facilitate home delivery transactions, including paperwork and customer handoff.
  • •Provide outstanding customer service and interact professionally with customers and team members.
  • •Perform condition checks, verify vehicles meet CarMax standards, conduct daily equipment inspections, and maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Be 21 years of age or older with a valid state-issued driver’s license.
  • •Prefer a Class B CDL with additional state-specific endorsements possibly applying.
  • •Maintain a clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points in the last three years.
  • •Have 1+ year of customer service experience and 1+ year of delivery driving experience or CarMax experience.
  • •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, operate a manual transmission, work outdoors in varying weather, and possess or obtain a DOT Medical Card within 28 days of hire.
