Key Responsibilities

  • •1. Manage IT&D needs for China, communicating with global teams while supporting local users.
  • •2. Lead local project implementations and drive global project deployment, coordinating cross-department collaboration and meeting user expectations.
  • •3. Lead and drive AI-driven digital projects for China and contribute to ERP/SAP-enabled processes.
  • •4. Oversee HR system implementation, master core HR module configurations, interface integrations, and data governance across HR/OA/financial systems.
  • •5. Collaborate with departments to promote IT&D projects and leverage local resources to meet user needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with HRIS/HR module configuration (Org HR, Compensation & Performance, Attendance & Recruitment) and data governance across HR/OA/finance systems
  • •Familiarity with ERP capabilities and SAP implementation
  • •Experience with leading large language models (LLMs) and AI-assisted programming; ability to deploy and operate OpenClaw
  • •Strong written and spoken English; working language is English
  • •Ability to independently conduct requirement research, design solutions, and troubleshoot within a dynamic, fast-moving environment
