Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with carpentry-related tasks for new construction, remodeling, renovation, and demolition.
  • •Construct, repair, restore, and install structures such as floors, doors, walls, windows, stairways, furniture, cabinets, shelves, and roofs.
  • •Build forms and frames and install/finish sheetrock, including patching and repair.
  • •Install flooring and finishes such as tile, vinyl, carpet, acoustical, and ceramic.
  • •Perform rigid and flexible pavement maintenance and repairs, including site preparation, forming, placing, finishing, and sealing.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or equivalent).
  • •Valid US Driver’s License.
  • •Excellent understanding of safety directives and policies.
  • •Basic knowledge of power/hand tools and their uses.
  • •Basic knowledge of construction trades to assist with recognition, identification, and repair of work orders.
