Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and critically challenge end-to-end process scope, design, and health across the Financial Crime portfolio, defining success measures and monitoring KPIs/KQ metrics.
  • •Accountable for the risk and control environment, ensuring regulatory requirements are applied, mitigated, and governed.
  • •Lead continuous improvement using structured, data-driven methodologies, including large-scale transformation initiatives and sharing improvement tools.
  • •Establish governance practices to oversee process health, prioritise improvements, and drive root-cause analysis to resolve operational breakdowns.
  • •Collaborate with strategy and servicing teams to deliver the roadmap and influence business changes impacting the process.
