Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and develop tailored value propositions.
  • •Prepare and manage quotations for engineered solutions, including pricing and commercial terms.
  • •Maintain an accurate, up-to-date list of quotation and order-related tasks using CRM systems.
  • •Partner with Field Sales Engineers and Account Managers to follow up on quotations and support conversion to orders.
  • •Engage customers via telephone and email and contribute to strategies/tactics that drive order growth and profitability.

Key Requirements

  • •A technical university degree or final-year studies, with graduation expected in 2026.
  • •Solid technical background to understand and discuss engineered solutions.
  • •IT literacy and practical experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • •Proficiency in English and Polish.
  • •Interest or hands-on exposure to automation hardware/software, instrumentation and control (I&C), and industrial processes is a plus.
