Proactive Product Designer to shape AI voice and messaging agent experiences. You’ll design setup experiences for high-quality AI agents, collaborate with engineers and PMs, stay current with AI tools, and contribute to scalable design practices across Aircall’s AI-enabled product lines. This role emphasizes user-centric design, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on prototyping in a fast, product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design intuitive setup experiences for AI voice and messaging agent products that anyone can use to build high quality AI agents.
•Collaborate closely with engineers and PMs to balance user needs with technical feasibility in a hybrid work environment.
•Stay on top of the latest AI tools and design trends to continuously improve workflows and outcomes.
•Prototype and iterate on design concepts to establish AI agent setup best practices.
•Contribute to Aircall’s design culture by mentoring or coordinating with staff-level designers when appropriate.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 160,000 annually
