Senior FP&A Manager

Own headcount budgeting and forecasting, building driver-based financial models that support scenario planning, cash forecasting, and long-range strategy. Lead compensation and job architecture planning cycles, overseeing cash, equity incentive, and related structures. Administer benefits and ancillary programs including 401(k) and perks. Partner cross-functionally and evolve scalable reporting processes as Garner grows, reporting to the Director of FP&A.
