Key Responsibilities

  • •Architect, design, and develop Dynamics 365 (CRM and Business Central) solutions to meet business needs in collaboration with project managers, analysts, and stakeholders.
  • •Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules and Power Automate flows, including apps, workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and security roles.
  • •Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other enterprise applications using Power Platform, Azure services, and custom API solutions.
  • •Design secure, scalable solutions following best practices and troubleshoot issues related to configurations, integrations, and platform performance.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical recommendations, and produce and maintain documentation such as technical designs, user manuals, and deployment plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Fluency in English (speak and write).
  • •Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Business Central.
  • •Ability to architect and design enterprise-level solutions (plus experience leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and customizations).
  • •Ability to use AI technologies (e.g., Claude, Codex) for development (must).
