Senior Manager, Mechanical Engineering

Lead mechanical engineering efforts from concept through production for ruggedized product introduction and scaling legacy designs. Manage and mentor a team of ~5–6 mechanical engineers while establishing design, integration, testing, and validation processes. Oversee full-cycle subsystem and LRU development, manage design reviews and hardware testing for harsh environments, and coordinate with internal and manufacturing partners to ensure documentation and reliable production readiness.
