Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet or exceed store sales and KPI targets by taking ownership of individual performance and using available store resources.
  • •Execute brand customer service standards and serve as a brand ambassador aligned with brand attitude and values.
  • •Communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to address customer needs and strengthen brand connection.
  • •Maintain store operations including visual merchandising/in-store communication standards, merchandise receiving/replenishment, and cash register accuracy.
  • •Minimize loss across the stockroom and sales floor, follow policies/procedures, perform store work safely and efficiently, and collaborate with peers and supervisors.

Key Requirements
