Build estimating packages with system sketches, scope definitions, exclusions, vendor and subcontractor quotes, and accurate equipment take-offs. Lead pre-bid reviews, identify risks and cost-saving opportunities, and negotiate pricing to optimize job costs. Partner with operations to manage labor, material, and electrical subcontract cost variations through validation and post-mortems.
