Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate a ready-mix concrete truck safely and efficiently, following dispatch instructions and applicable laws.
  • •Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, monitor gauges during operation, and report or perform minor repairs as needed.
  • •Deliver concrete to job sites, check delivery tickets for special instructions, obtain proper signatures, and record sales and delivery information.
  • •Ensure proper loading of materials, maintain product quality (e.g., slump), and rinse out the drum and chutes while dumping slurry per procedures.
  • •Maintain operator logs, forms, and records in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations; assist other workforce members as needed.
