Key Responsibilities

  • •Define with the Operations Manager the contract organization and processes to deliver expected results.
  • •Develop and maintain customer relationships, including contractual performance reporting.
  • •Seek and develop business opportunities, deliver proposals, and supervise project execution.
  • •Communicate strategy and goals, ensure people motivation and culture adherence, and identify/hire/develop potentials.
  • •Own financial responsibilities including budget preparation and follow-up, P&L, invoicing process and indexation, and prepare business reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in service delivery and people management, ideally with a background as a former Land Force Officer or in business/management, industrial, or civil engineering.
  • •Strong contract/ service contract management experience with a passion for land forces training or related military activities.
  • •Enhanced leadership skills to dynamically manage, coach, and train a team.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with commercial and entrepreneurial strengths.
  • •Open to digital technologies and able to deliver excellent service, with an asset being knowledge of Belgian Land Force operations.
