Job Summary

Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize data pipelines and data platforms. You’ll collect, model, and render data for reports and dashboards, develop ETL jobs with Talend, build data warehouses/data marts, and enable scalable analytics using Azure data services (ADLS Gen2, Synapse, ADF, Azure SQL DB, SSAS) and modern tooling (dbt, Trino, MinIO). Strong CI/CD and stakeholder collaboration required.

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in different phases of digital transformation projects by collecting, modeling, and rendering data for end users to analyze business performance through reports and dashboards
•Assemble large, complex data sets meeting functional and non-functional requirements
•Develop reusable ETL jobs and design connectors/jobs; deploy and commission interfaces (Talend)
•Identify and implement internal process improvements, redesign infrastructure for scalability, optimize data delivery, and automate manual processes
•Build infrastructure for efficient ETL/ELT across diverse data sources using ETL and SQL technologies; enable data-driven decision making through analytics tools

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, or mathematics
•Excellent SQL, DAX, and MDX with strong query performance tuning
•Experience with Azure data services including ADLS Gen2, Synapse, ADF, Azure SQL DB, Analysis Services, and Power BI services
•Proven experience building data warehouses, data marts, data cubes, and ETL pipelines (Talend and dbt)
•Ability to design scalable data architectures, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), and work with distributed data sources across international teams
