Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the design, development, and launch of critical power infrastructure products meeting safety, quality, reliability, cost, and schedule commitments.
  • •Own the mechanical design of assigned products and make engineering decisions using analysis, testing, DFMA principles, and cost targets.
  • •Develop mechanical systems and components using 3D CAD, engineering analysis, prototype validation, and product testing.
  • •Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to develop next-generation UPS and energy storage solutions for mission-critical applications like data centers and healthcare facilities.
  • •Provide technical leadership through design reviews and mentorship; support prototype builds, verification/validation testing, customer deployments, and regulatory certification including UL compliance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 113,000 - 165,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of work experience in mechanical design, or a Master's in Mechanical Engineering with at least 5 years, or a PhD in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years.
  • •Experience owning mechanical design decisions using analysis, testing, DFMA principles, and cost targets.
  • •Ability to develop mechanical systems and components using 3D CAD, engineering analysis, prototype validation, and product testing for manufacturable solutions.
  • •Experience with design reviews and technical leadership, including mentorship and applying engineering best practices across the product development lifecycle.
  • •Experience supporting verification/validation testing, customer deployments, and regulatory certification activities including UL compliance.
