Serve as a neutral technical expert on the Claim Resolutions team, investigating and resolving automotive arbitration claims using hands-on diagnostic knowledge. Mediate disputes, negotiate repair or pricing solutions, educate customers and internal teams, and use analytics to identify trends that improve customer experience and productivity.
