Key Responsibilities

  • •Load dewars onto vacuum pumps, perform LN2 boil-off procedures, track pump cycle progress, and conduct daily gas collection and evaluation.
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot systems using Residual Gas Analyzer (RGA) instrumentation, screening for irregularities and debugging to maintain process integrity.
  • •Perform maintenance on vacuum pump systems, conduct dewar leak checks, and maintain cleanliness and organization in lab/cleanroom environments.
  • •Ensure proper stocking and handling of materials, including LN2, within lab and cleanroom environments.
  • •Create and maintain IDCA documentation (travelers and detailed data entry) while adhering strictly to established procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience, with 5–10 years of hands-on experience in a similar manufacturing or process environment.
  • •Expertise operating and troubleshooting high vacuum systems, leak checkers, and Residual Gas Analyzers (RGAs).
  • •Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for precision work, including proficiency with hand tools and mechanical/electrical measurement equipment.
  • •Ability to read mechanical assembly drawings and rudimentary schematics.
  • •Strong adherence to established procedures and attention to detail, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
