Key Responsibilities

  • •Responsible for packaging structural design of finished goods and semi-finished goods.
  • •Coordinate with suppliers on packaging structure development, arrange sample production, and complete packaging tests.
  • •Prepare and maintain packaging structure documentation (technical drawings, instructions, method documents, stacking documents, packaging files, and BOM lists) under document control.
  • •Participate in resolving packaging abnormalities during mass production and quality issues caused by improper packaging development.
  • •Continuously optimize packaging structures and processes to improve production efficiency, stabilize quality, and reduce costs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Packaging Design or a related field.
  • •More than one year of relevant work experience (preferred).
  • •Familiar with packaging materials and packaging design principles and application requirements.
  • •Proficient with mechanical drawing and drawing software; Microsoft Office required; CATIA and ArtiosCAD preferred.
  • •Good communication and coordination skills with ability to work under pressure.
