Job Summary

Support a financial services client’s test environment workstream by developing and executing a test environment strategy aligned with an internal Agentic AI tool. Set up, configure, and maintain test environments, ensuring they’re provisioned, decommissioned, and properly documented. Integrate environments with CI/CD for automated testing, use the AI tool to monitor health and usage, and build metrics and dashboards while partnering with architects, developers, QA, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to the development and implementation of a comprehensive test environment strategy aligned with the Agentic AI tool.
•Collaborate with architects, developers, and squads to ensure test environments meet needs.
•Support setup, configuration, and maintenance of test environments, including provisioning, maintenance, and decommissioning.
•Manage and document environment configurations, dependencies, and integration points.
•Integrate test environments with CI/CD pipelines and use the AI tool to monitor performance, develop metrics and dashboards, and support issue resolution.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience managing test environments, including 1-2 years using agentic AI tools.
•Hands-on experience with cloud platforms.
•Hands-on experience with release management platforms including Copilot Studio and Microsoft Power Apps.
•Understanding of scripting languages and automation tools.
•Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.
