MFLC Assignment Ready Counselor

Provide short-term, on-demand behavioral health counseling services to military service members and their families at installations, covering surges and backfills for absent counselors. Deliver solution-focused, brief therapy/assessment, action planning, and referrals while maintaining confidentiality. Support adult counseling and CYB (child and youth behavioral) counseling, including parent guidance and training. Enter daily activity reporting through a smartphone or web application and coordinate closely with installation and military POCs.
