Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and innovate product experiences using AI tools to accelerate workflows and optimize for conversion.
  • •Ensure designs are responsive and optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
  • •Understand problems through user research, synthesize insights, and run ideation sessions to reduce assumptions.
  • •Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and customers to align design with user goals and improve UX using behavioral and data analytics.
  • •Contribute to a comprehensive design system and keep up with design and user experience trends and competitor products.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience as a Product Designer in a SaaS environment.
  • •AI-enabled design fluency, including experience with AI-powered design tools and automation.
  • •Strong skills in user research, ideation, and user experience design.
  • •Experience using current design and data analytics tools (e.g., Figma, Looker, Clarity).
  • •Experience building design systems and working within design system standards.
