Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide specialized technical knowledge in all regulatory domains affecting products and their marketing (food legislation, nutrition requirements, labeling and packaging).
  • •Monitor, communicate and guide key POD team stakeholders on the regulatory landscape in Mercosur, Chile and other South American markets.
  • •Develop a roadmap for implementing new regulations related to food labeling, marketing and packaging across the UN.
  • •Identify and communicate regulatory risks to leaders as a strategic partner for KHC regulatory matters.
  • •Review, comment and approve mandatory labels and statements in the system.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Nutrition Science;
  • •Experience in the food industry;
  • •Experience with food legislation in South American countries;
  • •Advanced Spanish - constant contact with teams in Mexico, Costa Rica and Chile;
  • •Available for a 12-month temporary contract.
