Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the single point of accountability for keeping all test site systems mission capable and drive daily degradation to resolution.
•Maintain systems via hardware swaps, SSH access, restarts, and top-level troubleshooting to restore capability with minimal downtime.
•Coordinate with subject matter experts across product lines to diagnose and fix issues beyond top-level troubleshooting, or coordinate hardware replacement with SMEs and logistics.
•Communicate issues clearly, coordinate resolution paths, and document solutions for future reference.
•Work with engineering and site infrastructure on representative testing equipment and ensure reliable power and network connectivity for assets.
•Create sustainment and sparing plans (parts, budget, timing), track failure rates, and anticipate maintenance windows.
•Maintain lab spaces with processes for labeling, organization, and stock tracking; uphold hazard safety training and safety-first culture.
•Organize and control inventory of assets and spares; travel to test sites and the field as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience in an engineering capacity or similar.
•Proven problem-solving across hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments.
•Ability to work in a command-line environment (SSH, restarts, basic Linux workflows) to triage and resolve issues.
•Working knowledge of IP networking fundamentals, including connectivity and IP addressing troubleshooting.
•Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
