Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee safety, quality, efficiency, and customer experience across residential solar installation projects completed by field crews.
  • •Deliver against installation and inspection forecasts and performance metrics (safety, customer satisfaction, quality, productivity, and cycle time).
  • •Ensure team members receive proper safety training, enforce best practices, and run weekly safety “Tool Box Talk” meetings.
  • •Maintain advanced knowledge of electrical and general construction codes and act as construction subject matter expert for the branch.
  • •Manage inspection technicians and provide performance management, training, QC inspections, and required administrative documentation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,684.03 - 138,245.37

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of construction experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role (renewables a plus).
  • •Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a driving background check, and being 21+ years old.
  • •Electrical Journeyman and/or General Construction certification or license preferred (state/local requirements may apply).
  • •CPR and First Aid certifications up to date and maintained for continued employment.
