Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with the Regional CEO and Board of Management to shape Allianz Benelux’s enterprise transformation agenda and roadmap across Belgium and the Netherlands.
  • •Own and steer the transformation portfolio, ensuring capital and resources are allocated to initiatives with greatest strategic and financial value, including portfolio governance with Finance.
  • •Shape and implement the future operating model to improve customer outcomes, speed, and efficiency, including structural productivity and workforce transformation with HR and business leaders.
  • •Own the enterprise Data & AI strategy, lead the Data & AI organization, and accelerate scaled adoption of AI across customer/broker journeys and business workflows.
  • •Provide executive-level leadership across the transformation program, including quarterly reviews, value realization disciplines, and building organizational capability through transformation leaders and specialists.

  • •Proven ability to translate transformation into measurable business and financial outcomes such as productivity, cost improvement, growth, and customer or operational performance.
  • •Strong background in business and operating-model transformation, including organizational redesign, process transformation, technology modernization, strategic sourcing, and workforce transformation.
  • •Deep understanding of Data, Analytics, and AI, with ability to leverage these as strategic levers for business transformation.
  • •Outstanding people leadership with experience building high-performing teams and mobilizing organizations through significant change.
