Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform teller functions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers’ checks, money orders, cash advances, and cash/check disbursements.
  • •Open, close, renew, and maintain checking, savings, time deposits, IRA accounts, and safe deposit box and savings bond services.
  • •Resolve customer questions and problems by listening, collecting data, researching account issues, and completing required documentation.
  • •Assist customers with account disputes and services involving Bank online, Master Money, and ATM/deposit accounts.
  • •Cross-sell bank services, maintain customer privacy, and keep records/reports accurate and timely.

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or equivalent.
  • •At least one year of related experience in cash handling is required (previous teller experience preferred).
