Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end international freight across air, ocean, and courier, primarily from Asia to Israel, the US, and the EU, selecting modes based on time, complexity, and constraints.
  • •Quote, negotiate, and book shipments with global freight leaders; manage freight cost recovery and dispute surcharges.
  • •Lead customs and trade compliance end-to-end by setting strategy and playbooks and guiding the logistics admin’s day-to-day filings and documentation work.
  • •Partner with Sales on freight-heavy deals by advising landed cost, Incoterms, IOR requirements, and pricing that protects deal margin.
  • •Coordinate supplier-side execution (readiness, documentation, pickup windows) and manage the Logistics Coordinator function; improve processes using the platform as the source of truth.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on international logistics or freight-forwarding experience, ideally in contract manufacturing or high-mix industrial settings.
  • •Negotiated freight rates with forwarders and couriers, with experience making (and defending) lane decisions that impact cost.
  • •Experience with international trade documentation and trade compliance, including HTS codes, invoices, packing lists, IORs, bonds, and customs correspondence.
  • •Commercial thinking around landed cost, Incoterms, margins, and customer experience—not just operational execution.
  • •Fluent English; Hebrew, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or German are a bonus.
