Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day communication and escalation across creative and operational stakeholders, post teams, external finishing vendors, and localization/distribution partners to manage finishing and localization execution.
  • •Manage the finishing and delivery of marketing AV assets (teasers, trailers, TV spots, social) for cross-functional marketing and communications teams.
  • •Oversee end-to-end color, sound mix, and visual effects workflows with colorists, editors, sound engineers, and internal post teams to preserve creative intent across versions and platforms.
  • •Coordinate timelines, priorities, and expectations to ensure localized AV is delivered on time and aligned with global campaign strategy, including source material preps for localization.
  • •Improve AV production workflows by eliminating, delegating, or automating steps using data-informed best practices to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality or security.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of AV production experience focused on theatrical or title marketing campaigns.
  • •Fluency in trailer and TV spot workflows, including multiple versioning strategies (ratings, length, regional, platform-specific) and timing across in-theater, broadcast, and digital launches.
  • •Experience integrating commercial/theatrical shoot schedules (AV days, EPK, BTS capture, unit shoots) into marketing AV.
  • •Expertise managing finishing workflows, including commercial-grade color correction and knowledge of visual effects workflows for theatrical trailers and spots.
  • •Experience managing high volumes of AV assets through production stages and familiarity with localization workflows (motion graphics, subtitling, dubbing).
