•Partner with engineering, planning, quality, and logistics to resolve operational challenges and support ramp activities.
•Drive continuous improvement and communicate production performance, risks, and priorities to leadership and business partners.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent required.
•Seven or more years of experience in a complex manufacturing environment.
•Three or more years of people leadership or operational leadership experience.
•Experience managing production performance, staffing, and quality outcomes.
•Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement methods.
