Lead software quality engineering for Operational Technology (OT) products used in engineering, manufacturing, and asset optimization. Own end-to-end test strategy creation and execution, including requirement analysis, manual and automated testing, defect reporting, and troubleshooting. Design and maintain low-maintenance, portable automation scripts (API, UI, non-functional). Use CI/CD pipelines to build and manage test environments while collaborating with R&D and Product Management in an agile, international setting.

•Established test automation experience with tools/frameworks such as pytest, Playwright, or Selenium.
