Key Requirements

  • •10–17 years of overall software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a software engineering manager role.
  • •Proven experience managing teams of 10–15 engineers with strong leadership, mentoring, and people management.
  • •Strong software product development background delivering complex products across large codebases end-to-end through production release and support.
  • •Experience with software architecture and design for both Windows and web-based applications, with strong .NET development.
  • •Experience with cloud technologies and modern architecture, including microservices and containerization (and preferably Microsoft Azure).
