Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as an escalation point and coordinate support-related technical activities to meet KPIs and deadlines.
  • •Design and implement complex VDI/App Delivery virtualization projects using appropriate technologies.
  • •Support and standardize complex system configurations for Citrix, VMware, and Microsoft Hyper-V platforms.
  • •Create and maintain support documentation, work instructions, and knowledge base articles; ensure repeatable standards and processes.
  • •Drive and participate in high-severity incidents (including 24/7 on-call), adhere to change management/ITIL, and ensure accurate ticket documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of IT infrastructure technical implementation and 7+ years of engineering/support experience focused on x86 offerings (VMware, Microsoft, Citrix).
  • •Advanced experience engineering/supporting highly available Citrix environments (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and/or Citrix DaaS).
  • •5+ years of experience with Azure Virtual Desktop.
  • •Strong infrastructure knowledge across networking, security, TCP/IP, SAN/NAS, and on-premises hypervisors (vSphere, XenServer, Microsoft Hyper-V).
  • •Excellent English skills and demonstrated ability to troubleshoot, document, and drive customer satisfaction while meeting deadlines.
