Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the in-store lead and provide in-the-moment coaching to Peloton Experts to support sales culture, particularly in the Store Manager’s absence.
  • •Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets by using a consultative approach to connect prospects with their wellness goals.
  • •Proactively engage passing traffic and educate customers on Peloton’s value.
  • •Own the local sales funnel by maximizing conversion rates through proactive phone and email outreach.
  • •Maintain an impeccable showroom environment, including support with inventory management, visual merchandising, and event setup.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of retail, hospitality, or premium sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
  • •Proven ability to mentor peers, lead by example, and confidently set the pace on the sales floor without formal management authority.
  • •Strong ability to build instant rapport and turn brief encounters into lasting connections.
  • •Highly organised with some experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) to track lead preferences and follow up on trials.
