Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop cost management teams to deliver services and meet key accountabilities.
  • •Oversee commercial and financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost controls, reporting, and change management across the project lifecycle.
  • •Provide client oversight and lead client communications; develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • •Conduct market research, produce market insights/thought leadership, and deliver presentations to senior stakeholders.
  • •Support procurement strategies and value engineering, prepare proposals/RFP responses, and ensure compliance with quality standards, including participation in ISO audits and adhering to applicable SOX controls.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Cost Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • •12+ years of cost management, quantity surveying, or commercial management experience.
  • •2+ years leading cost management teams within a consulting environment.
  • •Proven people leadership experience and success delivering cost management services on complex construction projects.
  • •Strong business development, client relationship management, budgeting/forecasting, cost controls, change management, and financial reporting skills.
