Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with designers on new project kick-offs to provide technical feasibility input based on customer creative requirements.
  • •Lead process innovation, development, and sampling for Embelex (primarily heat transfer products such as silicone, PU, TPU, and combinations), aligned to product design and strategy.
  • •Research industry trends, new materials, and new processes to drive technical innovation and improve product competitiveness.
  • •Set process, acceptance, and basic testing standards (e.g., washing, crocking, dye migration, aging) and develop matching solutions for multi-process combination products.
  • •Provide technical support across design/development/production/quality, lead analysis and resolution of major quality issues, and establish internal knowledge-sharing and technical training.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate degree or above with 5+ years of apparel trimmings/auxiliary materials development or process management experience.
  • •Expertise in apparel auxiliary materials characteristics, production processes, testing standards, and cost structures.
  • •Familiarity with the full workflow from design to production, including commonly used testing standards for auxiliary materials (domestic and international).
  • •Strong communication and influence skills to coordinate effectively with colleagues and suppliers and drive technical solutions into execution.
  • •Excellent English reading/writing to handle English technical materials (speaking/listening preferred).
