Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee site development, structural/base building, MEP systems, interior build-outs, and final turnover.
  • •Manage cost, schedule, quality, safety, and vendor relationships across large-scale industrial projects.
  • •Lead day-to-day field operations, subcontractors, and enforce QA/QC and safety standards.
  • •Oversee data halls, electrical/mechanical rooms, offices, finishes, HVAC distribution, and interior layout changes.
  • •Maintain project schedules and budgets, manage cost tracking and change orders, and ensure compliance with building codes and permitting.
