Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor manufacturing teams in implementing lean principles and continuous improvement strategies to optimize processes.
  • •Conduct training sessions on lean systems and tools to enhance team skills and knowledge in Lean concepts and practices.
  • •Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.
  • •Facilitate problem-solving sessions with the working team to address operational challenges and develop effective solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field
  • •3-5 years experience in operations and manufacturing environment
  • •Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certified or Lean Professional Certified (preferred)
  • •Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency in Lean methodologies and tools
  • •English and Thai language proficiency
