Key Responsibilities

•Retain and grow key customer relationships for the Conventional Debt product, generating new business to increase market share and profitability.
•Perform deal document review and negotiation for new deals and existing deal amendments, ensuring compliance with U.S. Bancorp policies and regulatory requirements.
•Coordinate pre-closing and closing activities, including document signings/closings (with in-person attendance where required) and account set up.
•Develop and run a customer-calling program to support satisfaction, retention, and identification of repeat and new business opportunities.
•Support compliance with KYC requirements and actively ensure adherence to Code of Ethics, Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, and suspicious activity reporting.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of related experience and a strong understanding of trustee and agency roles, including capital markets/repack documentation and closing functions.
•Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict management skills with strong written and oral communication.
•Ability to identify and mitigate potential risk, and evaluate control/risk language for compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
•Generally a Bachelor’s Degree and/or relevant legal, corporate trust, relationship, or transaction management experience (preferred).
•Experience managing deal document review and negotiation for ad-hoc issues such as waivers, consents, and amendments.
