Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and maintain build systems and toolchains across a polyglot codebase to produce reproducible, hermetic builds across supported platforms.
  • •Own release engineering for SDK packages, including versioning schemes, release branching/tagging, changelog generation, and coordinated multi-package release cuts.
  • •Manage dependency alignment across interdependent components by defining version constraints and compatibility policy so releases assemble cleanly.
  • •Build and operate packaging/distribution pipelines for public artifacts including Python wheels, APT/RPM packages, and Docker images (builds, tagging, signing, metadata, and repository/registry maintenance).
  • •Develop CI automation for build, test, integration, and release validation with emphasis on correctness, artifact integrity, caching, and fast feedback.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
  • •3+ years in build or release engineering, developer infrastructure, or systems software with significant build and packaging responsibility.
  • •Strong proficiency in Python and shell scripting (e.g., Bash) for automation.
  • •Hands-on experience with build systems across compiled and interpreted languages (e.g., Cargo, CMake, Make, Bazel) and toolchains in C/C++, Rust, and Python.
  • •Fluency with Git and experience setting up and maintaining continuous integration systems.
