Key Responsibilities

  • •Diagnose system problems when servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and customer site visits.
  • •Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, and hire/commissioning workloads at customer sites.
  • •Maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted point of contact and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • •Collaborate and communicate with the service desk, sales, and operations teams to share customer insights and drive continuous improvement.
  • •Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders and provide updates to supervisors, regional service managers, senior technicians, and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in service or a field-based technician role.
  • •Ability to diagnose system problems while servicing products and equipment on customer sites.
  • •Attend customer sites to perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM), customer breakdowns, warranty work, and hire/commissioning workloads.
  • •Proficiency in apps/diagnostic software and MS Office/Microsoft Office Suite, with strong reporting ability.
  • •Appropriate skilled-based certificates with F-Gas and a valid UK Drivers licence for use as a company vehicle.
