Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist engineers in developing process technology for advanced semiconductor processes.
  • •Perform basic recipe and CH troubleshooting during process runs and implement changes based on engineer direction.
  • •Own module process execution, including data collection for measurement/inspection and sharing data with engineers.
  • •Coordinate with internal and external CH and metrology tool owners to align tool time, execute process sequences, and collect data for feedback.
  • •Prepare cross-section samples for analysis, evaluate wafers and thin films, and support imaging and productivity through troubleshooting and process optimization.

Key Requirements

  • •ITE/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials Science) or related field.
  • •3+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing or an R&D environment preferred.
  • •Familiarity with cleanroom operations and semiconductor processing equipment is a plus.
  • •Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs.
  • •Basic understanding of process control and data analysis.
