Job Summary

Solve complex customer problems for the French market by partnering with account sales teams and channel partners throughout the sales cycle. Present Snowflake’s technology to executive and technical audiences, run hands-on demos and proof-of-concepts, and help customers choose Snowflake. Build technical champions, stay current on competitive technologies and roadmap features, and collaborate with Sales Engineers, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to improve Snowflake’s products and marketing.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Present Snowflake’s technology and vision to executives and technical contributors at prospects and customers.
•Demonstrate and communicate Snowflake’s value throughout the sales cycle from demo to proof of concept to design and implementation.
•Create and develop technical champions in accounts to drive deals and achieve technical wins.
•Present Snowflake roadmap features and functionality while maintaining deep understanding of competitive and complementary technologies.
•Collaborate with Sales Engineers and partner teams (Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and ecosystem/implementation partners) to improve products and support account strategies.

Key Requirements

•Solution engineering/solution architect experience in a SaaS environment or relevant industry experience (analytics, data science, data engineering).
•Outstanding presentation skills to technical and executive audiences, including impromptu demos.
•Understanding and experience with data architecture, data analytics, and cloud technology.
•Hands-on experience with SQL.
•Ability to solve customer-specific business problems and communicate Snowflake’s vision in written and verbal forms.
