Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist Supply Technicians with receipt, inspection, inventory, loading/unloading, segregation, storage, issue, delivery, and turn-in of supplies and equipment.
  • •Operate applicable Unit and Direct Support logistics information systems under supervision.
  • •Prepare, process, and maintain routine supply documentation and supporting records, including automated supply records and property book transaction verification.
  • •Assist with researching supply discrepancies, transaction errors, shortages, overages, and property accountability issues.
  • •Conduct physical inventories/accountability activities, coordinate warehouse storage/issue/accountability, and maintain safe, clean, orderly work areas.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic knowledge of supply, warehouse, inventory, and property accountability procedures.
  • •Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to complete and maintain supply documentation accurately.
  • •Ability to follow established procedures and work instructions from Supply Technicians and supervisory personnel.
  • •Ability to safely operate material-handling equipment when trained and authorized, and comply with Government and Army safety standards.
  • •Must be a U.S. Citizen, obtain/maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) within 30 days, and pass background investigation and pre-employment drug screening.
