Stage Manager

Coordinate the evening’s event by communicating details to the production crew and relevant departments, securing required passes and tickets, and preparing guest lists. Manage production crew and Greenroom staff, ensure band members have the items needed to perform, and supervise load-in/load-out of equipment. Enforce staging, safety, and show protocol, and document disciplinary issues while reporting actions back to the Production Manager.
