Join TikTok’s Southern Europe Global Business Solutions team as a project intern, working on short-term, high-impact initiatives with a Customer Success lead and a 1:1 mentor. •Collaborate with internal teams globally across product, marketing, legal, engineering, and sales.

Key Requirements

•Must be enrolled in a BS/MS program for the entire internship duration and hold a Bachelor's degree or above.
•Available to start immediately for 3-6 months.
•Must complete the internship in Madrid with in-office attendance.
•Have relevant experience in areas such as sales, advertising, consulting, analysis, customer service, marketing, finance, technical sales, or operations.
•Demonstrate interest in digital and TikTok ad solutions, with project management and organizational skills; English and Spanish fluency required.
