Lead a team of project managers for Emerson’s New Generation Power & Datacenter Solutions, delivering fully engineered Ovation control system projects for greenfield power plants and rapidly growing datacenter infrastructure across North America. Manage a portfolio of projects, develop and optimize plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, identify risks, and mentor talent to drive delivery excellence.

•Lead, coach, and support a team of project management professionals to deliver high-quality project outcomes focused on new generation and datacenter projects

•Develop, maintain, and optimize project plans, including resource planning and staffing strategies
•Coordinate cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders and external partners, to ensure successful execution
•Identify risks and opportunities, analyze project challenges, and implement effective solutions

•Ability to travel up to 30%
