Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor daily and weekly sell-through performance, identify trends/anomalies, and track account health metrics.
  • •Review warehouse inventory levels and prepare replenishment orders using inventory turns and replenishment logic.
  • •Create and manage shipments to Walmart fulfillment/warehouse locations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • •Monitor for slow-moving or stale inventory and take appropriate actions, including escalating to the Walmart rep.
  • •Open/manage support cases, troubleshoot platform issues independently, and build/document repeatable systems and SOPs.

Salary: USD 7 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Proven, hands-on experience managing a seller account on Walmart Marketplace (Seller Center).
  • •Ability to open, manage, and resolve platform support cases independently.
  • •Experience with inventory management and replenishment processes in an ecommerce context.
  • •Comfort creating and managing shipments to a marketplace platform.
  • •Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm EST, full-time (40 hrs/week).
