Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate instructors, training specialists and training resources to achieve successful training outcomes.
  • •Act as a key customer interface, building trusted relationships and supporting training operations activities.

  • •Mentor, coach and provide subject matter expertise to instructors within your area of expertise.

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated experience within Defence, military, aviation, training, simulation or related operational environments.
  • •Experience leading teams, coordinating resources and managing training delivery activities.
  • •Strong stakeholder engagement and customer relationship management skills.
  • •Minimum 5 years' relevant industry experience.
  • •Australian Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance.
